Privacy Policy

XCFUND sells a licensed command-line tool that checks digital-asset name
availability and, on request, registers available names on-chain using your
own wallet. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions:
t.me/xcpaid.
Your wallet key never reaches us. The tool runs on your machine and
keeps your key in an encrypted keystore locally. It signs transactions on
your device. We never receive, store, or have access to your private key,
seed phrase, or funds.
What we collect
- Account and payment. Checkout and subscriptions run through Whop.
Whop handles your payment details; we never see or store card numbers.
- License data. Your license key, subscription status, and the Whop
user id it maps to.
- IP address. Recorded when your tool authenticates its license, to
enforce rate limits and detect license sharing.
- Activity you send us. Available names your engine reports back, and
the transaction hashes of claims you make, so they appear on your dashboard
feed. Transaction hashes are already public on the blockchain.
What we do NOT collect
- Private keys, seed phrases, or keystore passwords.
- Custody of any funds or registered assets.
How we use it
- To run the service, license it, and show you your results.
- To stop one key being shared across many people.
- To keep the service within the rate limits and terms of the sources it queries.
- To provide support when you ask for it.
Third parties
We rely on Whop (payments and login), our hosting and database providers,
the RPC/node provider you configure, and the public registries and blockchain
networks the tool queries. Each has its own terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep license and feed data while your subscription is active. You can ask
us to access or delete your data by contacting us. Cancelling your subscription
stops future billing through Whop.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
