By subscribing to or using XCFUND you agree to these terms.
The service
XCFUND is a licensed command-line tool. It checks name availability across
supported registries (such as ENS and DNS) using public and official APIs,
and, when you enable it, registers available names on-chain using a wallet you
control. It queries public and official APIs and stays within their rate limits.
Your license
- Your subscription grants one personal, non-transferable license key.
- Keys may not be shared. We monitor for concurrent use from different
locations and may suspend a key we believe is shared.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop and continue until you cancel.
Your wallet and transactions
- You control your own wallet and keys. XCFUND never holds your private key,
seed phrase, or funds; the tool signs on your machine.
- On-chain registrations cost real funds (price plus network gas) and are
irreversible. You are responsible for every transaction you enable and
for keeping your keystore and password safe.
- Auto-claim ships disabled and dry-run by default. Enabling live claiming,
funding a wallet, and setting price and gas limits are your decisions.
Acceptable use
- You will use the tool lawfully and within the terms of the services it queries.
- You will not use it to break rate limits, evade access controls, or for any illegal purpose.
- You are responsible for what you do with the names and data it returns,
including any registrations you choose to make.
No guarantee
Availability results are best-effort and can change between the moment we
check and the moment you act. We do not guarantee that a name shown as open can
be registered, nor any price, speed, or outcome, and we are not liable for
losses, missed names, or gas spent based on the tool's output.
No refunds
All sales are final. Subscription fees are
non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time, or funds
you spend on-chain. You may cancel at any time through Whop to stop future
billing; access continues until the end of the paid period, and past charges
are not refunded.
Termination
We may suspend or end access for key sharing, abuse, or breach of these terms.
